Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Image Pan Zoom currently handles your information based on the website code that is implemented today.
Last updated: March 25, 2026
What the Tool Does With Your Images
When you choose an image in the tool, the image is processed in your browser so you can preview the pan and zoom effect and export a video. Based on the current implementation, the app does not upload your selected image to an application server in order to provide the core editing and export features.
The current code loads your file from the browser file picker or drag-and-drop, decodes it locally, renders it on a canvas, and creates the exported video in the browser before offering it as a download.
What Information the Current App Stores
The app uses Google Sign-In to show a signed-in state on this device. It does not create a separate Image Pan Zoom account or store credentials on a server.
When you sign in, the server stores only your Google subject ID (`sub`) and the date your access expires so purchases can be linked to the correct user. The server does not store your name, email, or avatar image.
To keep you signed in between page refreshes, the app stores basic profile information (name, email, avatar, and Google subject ID) in `localStorage` on your device. You can remove it at any time by signing out or clearing browser storage. Your selected image, region settings, and export state are still kept only in browser memory and are cleared when the page is refreshed or closed.
File Names and Downloads
The app currently uses the name of your selected image file to generate the default name of the exported video file. This file name is used inside the running page and for the download prompt. Based on the current implementation, it is not sent to an application server by the tool itself.
Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
Based on the current implementation, the site does not include analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or sign-up flows in the application code.
The app sets a secure session cookie to keep your signed-in server session active. If analytics, ads, or additional third-party services are added later, this policy should be updated before or when those changes go live.
Website Hosting and Server Logs
Like most websites, the site hosting Image Pan Zoom may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request times, and server logs needed to deliver the website files.
That type of infrastructure-level logging depends on how the site is hosted and is separate from the client-side tool logic described above.
Third-Party Services
Based on the current implementation, the website does not include external analytics or ad providers in the app code. The main tool page currently loads free web fonts from Google Fonts to support lower-third font options.
The app also loads Google's Identity Services script for sign-in. When you sign in, your browser communicates with Google to complete authentication, and Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers according to their policies.
When Google Fonts are loaded, your browser may make requests to Google's font servers. If third-party services are added or changed later, this policy should identify them and explain what data they receive.
Children's Privacy
The current website is a general-purpose image tool and is not designed specifically for children.
Changes to This Policy
If the site changes how it handles data, storage, analytics, accounts, or uploads, this Privacy Policy should be updated so it continues to match the actual implementation.
